Your basic parts bag with complementary allen wrench |

The "Hose Reflector" splits and separates to go around the handlebars. You'll notice the nuts are loose and come out of the base of the mirror. |

As always... I used some loctite on the threads. |

The best way to get the screws in without loosing the nuts is to put the screws in while the mirror is upside down with the "nuts up". |
 |
All done and ready to reflect and hose. |
