On the Galaxy S10+ I use whatever streaming app happens to serve the purpose, usually the Streamlabs app which broadcasts to my RTMP server at my house. The Galaxy S7 also uses whatever app I see fit to do the job, it also handles TTS through the RadioIRC app. I run the Geocaching app on this device as well as the bike computer app and other apps to display onscreen information. The Galaxy S7 also streams to my RTMP server. Streamlabs OBS picks up the RTMP streams, packages them into a scene and sends that off to Twitch for the live stream.
I have a custom bot that monitors the RTMP streams and if the connection is lost, it will automatically switch over to a random stand-by screen until connection is established again, then it switches back to the live stream.
